Monthly Coaching Program

  • We will meet for 30 minutes every week for 4 consecutive weeks.
  • Each session will consist of progress assessment, lesson of the week and practice. (Each lesson of the week will bring you more clarity on why & how the breathing techniques you’re practicing are helping you and how to choose the best one to practice once we finish our monthly program.)
  • We’ll finish each session with homework – you’ll be practicing the techniques we’ve done together for the next week and observing their effect on you. This will require a commitment of ~15mins per day. (5 minutes in the morning, 5 minutes in the afternoon and 5 minutes in the evening).
  • Last, but not least – We will have fun!

  2. Contact me using the below form to book your sessions
  3. Proceed with payment for the program – 149CHF*, once we’ve agreed on the schedule for the sessions together.
